Talent Acquisition Partner - Kansas City, KS

We have an immediate opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruitment within a large enterprise environment. This position will partner with hiring managers to fill engineering, skilled trades, and front-line leadership roles through proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Prior experience managing the recruitment process, sourcing passive candidates, and guiding hiring managers through hiring decisions is required. The successful candidate will also coordinate offers, maintain recruitment documentation, and support pre-employment and onboarding activities. A background in industrial, construction, or high-volume union recruiting is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity requiring the ability to travel to Canada without restrictions.
