Job Summary
We are seeking an bilingual Sales and Purchase to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, filing paperwork, direct calls, handle customer questions and need to be able to lift weight up to 50lbs. d. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. Need to be flexible to work evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
• Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
• Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
• Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
