Associate Dentist/ Pathway to Partnership

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Children`s Dentist/General Dentist to join our team at our Killeen, TX location. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a consistent schedule, established patient flow, and strong earning potential. Opportunity to partnership in after 2nd year.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating both children and adults and must be properly licensed, certified, and permitted to provide oral conscious sedation in Texas.
The dentist will work approximately 4–5 set days per week and will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning, reviewing X-rays, restorative and general dental treatment, and oral conscious sedation when clinically appropriate.

- Consistent schedule of approximately 4–5 days per week

- Guaranteed daily compensation, $800 for 4 months
- Compensation based on monthly Production (if Collection is desired, rate will be higher)

Qualifications:
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist comfortable treating children and adults
- Appropriate current Texas permits, certifications, and credentials required to provide oral conscious sedation
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
