Home Care Aide | Senior Care
Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008
Pay: $19–$40/hour depending on client assignment, services provided, and level of care required.
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Responsibilities
• Help seniors maintain their daily routines at home
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with kitchen cleanup
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with walking and fall-prevention measures
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry
• Accompany clients on errands or appointments when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Communicate important client updates to the office
Ideal Caregiver
We're looking for a warm, responsible, and self-motivated caregiver who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative. You should enjoy working independently while knowing you have an office team available to support you.
Qualifications
• Caregiving experience preferred
• Patient and respectful approach to senior care
• Dependable transportation
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain
• Required TB clearance
