Role Overview

As an Entry Level Insurance Producer, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You'll work directly with walk-in customers on our retail sales floor, becoming a trusted advisor for their insurance needs. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to gain valuable sales experience and grow within a supportive, team-oriented retail environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers who visit our location, understanding their unique situations, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This includes:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively greeting and assisting walk-in customers, building rapport, and identifying their insurance needs.
• Needs Assessment: Conducting thorough consultations to understand client requirements, risks, and financial goals.
• Product Presentation: Clearly explaining the features, benefits, and value of our insurance products, ensuring customers understand their coverage options.
• Sales Cycle Management: Guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to finalizing policy applications and agreements.
• Relationship Building: Fostering long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to share insights, support team goals, and contribute to a positive retail atmosphere.
• Product Expertise: Continuously expanding your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to provide the best advice.

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus commission, with an expected earning potential ranging from $33,000 to $92,000 annually, depending on performance and sales success.
