Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Highland Care Center in Holladay, Utah. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and efficient dietary department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dietary team with meal preparation, food service, and cleanup duties

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces

• Ensure food is stored, prepared, and served in accordance with facility policies and regulations

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of food service, inventory, and resident preferences

• Collaborate with dietary staff to develop and implement special menus and meal plans for residents

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
