CNC Machine Programmer/Operator

In this CNC Machine Programmer/Operator opportunity, you’ll program, set up, and optimize milling and turning operations while helping improve workflow, cycle times, setups, and output. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machine Programmer/Operator position include:

• 3–5+ years of CNC programming and setup experience in a precision manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience programming, setting up, and operating both CNC mills and lathes
• Strong G-code programming/editing and troubleshooting at the machine and offline
• Ability to select tooling, fixtures, and workholding to support efficient production
• Dial in setups, make offsets/adjustments, and hold tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators; perform first-piece inspections
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues and drive process improvements
• Work independently, maintain organized setups and a clean work area, and communicate maintenance concerns when identified

Salary: $26 - $38 per hour based on experience.
