Data Science Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solution architecture.
• Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, prompt engineering, and large-scale model development.
• Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, and search optimization.
• Experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, REST APIs, MLOps, observability, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Strong communication skills with experience leading teams, influencing strategy, and translating AI concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for agentic platforms, retrieval systems, and content intelligence solutions.
• Lead development of production-grade RAG, LLM, and multi-agent AI architectures.
• Manage data science teams, resource planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technical delivery priorities.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, benchmarking pipelines, human-in-the-loop systems, and quality standards.
• Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, model optimization, and reusable AI platform capabilities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to scale AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
