Job description
Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI (preferred) / Richmond, VA
Duration: 6month Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote

- 5-6+ years of experience (flexible)

Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives and projects
- Provide mentorship to Associate Data Engineers
- Act as a technical lead when needed
- Support enterprise data modernization efforts
- Drive migration of legacy and on-prem reporting environments into Databricks
Note
- This is not a people management role
- Leadership is expected through technical guidance and project ownership
