We’re hiring Manufacturing Technicians – L1 & L2 for a major semiconductor company in Chandler.

And here’s the good part:

L1 = You can start with little to no experience.
L2 = Have some hands-on/mechanical experience? You can earn more.

LEVEL 1 — BEGINNER

$16–$17/hour

Perfect for candidates coming from:

• Retail

• Restaurants / food service

• Warehouse

• General labor

• Customer service

• Delivery

• Assembly

• Recent graduates

• Entry-level jobs

• Or someone simply looking for their first serious career opportunity

No previous manufacturing experience required.

We'll teach you the processes and equipment.

LEVEL 2 — SOME EXPERIENCE

$18–$19/hour

A good fit if you have some experience with:

• Hand tools

• Mechanical work

• Assembly/disassembly

• Equipment

• Maintenance

• Automotive/lube shops

• Production

• Warehouse equipment

• Construction

• Electrical/plumbing

• Other hands-on work

You don't need to be an expert — we're looking for people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.

S1A: Mon–Fri | 6:45 AM–3:45 PM — $16/hr

S1D: Mon–Fri | 7:45 AM–4:45 PM — $16/hr

S1C: Mon–Fri | 2:45 PM–11:45 PM — $17/hr

L2

Additional compressed 12-hour shift options may be available, paying $18/hr days / $19/hr nights.

SHIFT 5- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
SHIFT 4- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
SHIFT 7- 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
SHIFT 6- 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

You'll work inside a highly controlled semiconductor manufacturing environment where you'll learn to:

- Work with specialized manufacturing equipment
- Perform hands-on assembly, disassembly and maintenance tasks
- Use computers and manufacturing systems
- Inspect parts and equipment
- Follow detailed procedures and safety requirements
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

You'll spend most of your time on your feet and will wear required cleanroom PPE.
