In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing training and development of our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to provide the highest level of care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing leadership team to identify areas for improvement, develop training programs and materials, and provide hands-on guidance and support as needed.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with a passion for teaching and a strong track record of success in staff development. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
