Requirements
- Active LVN/LPN license in the work state
- Minimum 1 year of recent relevant LVN/LPN experience.
- Current BLS certification; recent TB/health screening documentation as applicable; strong clinical references.
- Must be comfortable with a 13-week assignment, facility-specific orientation, and weekend/holiday rotation when scheduled.
- Strong patient-care, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
