Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect / Application Architect to design, architect, and develop complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to development teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture, development, integration, security, and DevOps best practices.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification

• Copado Certification
• MuleSoft Integration I & II Certifications

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design.
• 7+ years architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years of extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Administration, advanced architectural patterns, unit testing, and testing best practices.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• 7+ years guiding development teams on the appropriate use of Salesforce platform technologies.
• 7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby.
• 7+ years of experience developing data migration strategies and working with ETL tools.
• 7+ years of experience with mobile solutions, mobile architecture, and Salesforce on-platform mobile capabilities.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 compliance.
• 5+ years of experience with GitHub and Bitbucket version control solutions.
• 5+ years working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and architectural solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
• Establish and enforce Salesforce development, integration, testing, security, and architectural best practices.
• Lead Salesforce integrations, data migration, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives.
• Evaluate technical solutions and recommend appropriate Salesforce platform technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with accessibility, security, performance, and enterprise architecture standards.
