About the Role:
Firehouse Subs is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our Firehouse Subs location in Ann Arbor, MI! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, community-focused team where you'll serve up bold, hearty subs and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Prepare and assemble Firehouse Subs menu items according to brand standards
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, prep stations, and kitchen
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, fast service during peak hours

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
