Housekeeper Wanted - Small Apartment, Big Mess

I am in need of cleaning and organizing services. I work a full-time time job, a weekend job, and usually only get two days off a month. Combine this with migraines and other health issues and cleaning my place seems impossible. To say the least my tiny one bedroom apartment is a disaster. I need as much organizational assistance as cleaning help. I work my tail off at my jobs but I'm a horrible housekeeper and I don't need any judgment-- just HELP!!
