Licensed Surveyor

Licensed Surveyor (Charlotte)

We're hiring a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with 5+ years of experience to lead survey work in the Charlotte area. You'll handle boundary, topographic, and construction surveys from field through final deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction staking surveys
• Manage field crews and review survey deliverables
• Prepare plats, legal descriptions, and topographic maps
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and local agencies

What you'll need

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• 5+ years of land surveying experience
• Proficiency with modern survey equipment and AutoCAD/Civil 3D

Compensation: $100,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
