Position: Production Operator

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

Pay rate: $24.00/hr

Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (OT as required)

Job Description:

Oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when process is complete. Works safely with batch processing equipment to produce high-quality coatings products.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation.
• Perform material handling activities safely and efficiently.
• Print and prepare product labels according to production requirements.
• Label buckets and containers accurately.
• Operate forklifts to safely move, load, and position materials.
• Operate palletizing equipment to organize and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices.
• Support daily plant and production activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to actively participate in day-to-day plant operations.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and safe work procedures.
• Ability to participate in safety observations, team activities, and plant initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Production Operations/Manufacturing experience
• Paint/Coating batch processing experience
