As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as an individual contributor. You will lead complex analysis efforts for high-impact initiatives, shaping solution direction and driving measurable business outcomes. You'll partner across business and technology teams to translate strategy into execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiencies. Day to day, you will work closely with a team of cross functional and dedicated team members (product, technology, legal, compliance & risk partners) responsible for delivering specific business goals.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Proficiency in business requirements methodologies, including current and future state analysis, use?case development, requirements and solution documentation.
- Experience with workflow design, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information to influence key stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts, product and technology teams and other business partners.
- Effective meeting disciplines, identifying and confirming key attendees, setting and communicating agendas, facilitation, documenting key discussion points and outcomes, and identifying deliverables, owners, and target dates.
- Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
- Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to coach and guide less?tenured associates through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiar with tools such as Confluence, MIRO, and concepts like story writing and backlog management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
