Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our Revenue Operations Systems team. This role is responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and its integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports scalable business processes and drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support integration between Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Revenue.IO, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
Ensure data integrity and implement data hygiene best practices.
Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
Provide user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and self- sufficiency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven company.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or App Builder are preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related tools (CPQ, Conga, Revenue.IO, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and integration techniques.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the global background screening industry is a plus.
