Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Requirements gathering. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Business process analysis. Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Technical documentation. Create detailed technical specifications, process maps, and documentation for project implementation.

System integration. Ensure seamless integration between business systems, new tools, and existing workflows.

Data analysis. Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and align solutions with business objectives.

Collaborating with technical teams. Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to deliver tailored software solutions.

Stakeholder communication. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshooting. Identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations and recommend effective solutions.

Metrics tracking. Monitor project metrics and key performance indicators to assess project success and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Extensive experience in business analysis, technical requirements gathering, or system integration.

Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, programming languages, and systems analysis tools.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as IIBA, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or related credentials.

Communication skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills: Expertise in identifying technical and operational issues and implementing effective solutions. Project management: Experience managing cross-functional projects using agile methodologies.

Data analysis: Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools to support decision-making.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
