Job Description:
- Assist external clients in implementing technical systems, software, or solutions
- Evaluate client needs and develop configurations supporting business processes
- Plan and execute delivery and implementation plans
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups
- Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation
- Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations
- Assist with project scoping and proposal development
- Handle more complex or high-value implementation projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
