• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influence skills across technical and executive levels.
• Demonstrated success improving partner onboarding, certification, or lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic technology partner relationships.
• Drive partner onboarding, certification, launch, and ongoing success.
• Identify new partnership and business opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between partner developers and internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Data, and Commercial teams.
• Track partner performance and adoption metrics to drive improvements.
• Support partner governance, agreements, and operational processes.
• Represent the organization in partner meetings, workshops, and industry events.
• Help expand and strengthen the digital partner ecosystem.
