Class A CDL Dedicated Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers to join our Western 5 Regional dedicated driving team. This dedicated account offers steady, consistent freight within a defined region, paired with bi-weekly home time to support a stable and predictable schedule. As a dedicated driver on this account, you will operate 53' reefer trailers, hauling refrigerated freight throughout the western region. This role is well-suited for drivers who value route consistency and a reliable home time schedule. New CDL school graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Details

• Running lanes covering CA, OR, WA, UT, and NV
• Dedicated refrigerated account with 40% drop and hook freight
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• Orientation held in Lathrop, CA
• Must be willing to drive during day or night hours
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,800 to 3,000 miles

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with potential to average $1,500+ weekly
• Starting pay of $0.60 per mile, with gradual increases on a monthly to yearly basis up to $0.70 per mile
• Training pay of $850+ per week for 4-6 weeks (OTR) for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• $10 stop pay
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL; new CDL school graduates welcome, minimum 6 months of recent CDL experience preferred
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from previous employment
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal records are reviewed by the safety department
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years, outside of school or training)
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
• Must reside within 50 miles of Lathrop, CA
