Job Title: Operations Inspector
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary

We are seeking a Operations Inspector with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will perform product inspections, maintain quality records, support troubleshooting activities, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret assembly drawings and Engineering Orders (EOs), and experience working with quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Document inspection results, quality reports, rework findings, and defect data.
• Review and interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and Engineering Order (EO) instructions.
• Utilize test equipment to verify product quality and support troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, RMA, and Receiving Inspection teams to resolve quality issues.
• Verify reworked products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records and update quality databases as required.
• Support inventory counts, packaging, kit assembly, and other production-related activities when needed.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas following 6S practices.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
• Experience reading assembly drawings and Engineering Orders (EOs).
• Hands-on experience using test equipment for inspection and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience maintaining inspection reports, logs, and quality records.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) production experience.
• SAP or other ERP system experience.
• Receiving Inspection and RMA support experience.
• Knowledge of 6S and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with inventory inspections, packaging, and kit assembly.
