Construction Manager
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) - 8+ years managing contractors and vendors on large-scale construction projects - 4+ years leading civil infrastructure projects (site development, grading, utilities) - Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost management - Proficiency with key construction tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting data center or large-scale technical infrastructure projects - Strong knowledge of major utility infrastructure systems (electrical, water, fiber, etc.) - Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously - Familiarity with modern construction and engineering best practices
