Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor on our second shift, you’ll be an essential part of our Global Tools & Storage team, leading manufacturing activities onsite. You’ll drive a culture of safety, lead continuous improvement, and ensure the highest standards for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of approximately 30 employees in a dynamic production environment.
- Foster a safe and engaging workplace by promoting safety practices and transparent communication.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
- Lead safety initiatives, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Support and implement Lean and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop expertise in production equipment and processes to support business objectives.
- Manage inventory accuracy and related transactions.
- Oversee employee performance, providing coaching and conducting annual reviews.
- Drive initiatives for process optimization and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and lead in high-energy settings.
- Strong team player with excellent time management skills.
