Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ML Engineer with a strong foundation in AI/ML Engineering to join our dynamic team in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms using Vertex and Java Full Stack skills. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our AI capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, model architectures, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML Engineering, including experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning solutions in a production environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
