Role Name: Oracle Sales Cloud & Incentive Compensation Support Consultant

Location: Hanover, MD. ONSITE Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description: Oracle Sales Cloud & Incentive Compensation Support Consultant (5-10+ Years) We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Consultant to provide post go-live application maintenance and support. Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle application experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) support.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI custom reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting integrations, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements.
• Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues logged through ServiceNow.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Sales Cloud and ICM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.
• Support OTBI reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support business users.
• Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and quarterly Oracle updates.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience working in AMS/Application Support engagements.
