About the Position

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in Modesto, California.

This is an opportunity to work directly with students in a school setting while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' communication, academic, and overall development.

We are looking for an SLP who is passionate about working with children and enjoys creating meaningful, individualized therapy experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.

• Monitor student progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and other professionals.

• Provide evidence-based, student-centered therapy services.

• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.

• Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain California licensure.

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, when applicable.

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.

• New graduates and clinicians with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
