Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will be focused on leading technology programs associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures (MA&D) across a large healthcare enterprise. The role has a particularly strong emphasis on divestitures, including integration planning, separation planning, and coordinating complex technology transitions.
This individual will lead cross-functional efforts involving executive leadership, business stakeholders, clinical operations, facilities teams, and IT organizations to ensure successful execution of MA&D initiatives. They will oversee multiple programs, project teams, vendors, and technical workstreams while driving alignment across the organization.
A key responsibility will be coordinating technical teams through major transition activities such as system decommissioning, new technology environment deployments, Epic implementations, and infrastructure migrations. While infrastructure knowledge is helpful, the primary requirement is proven program leadership experience managing large-scale healthcare technology initiatives and MA&D-related transformations.
Beyond MA&D, the Strategic Programs team supports a broader portfolio of enterprise initiatives, including hospital construction and expansion projects, real estate and clinic transitions, and other large-scale strategic programs across the healthcare system.
12-month contract with possible extensions. Hybrid schedule, with expectation to come on site in Seattle around once a month. Travel to Portland and occasional travel to CA.
