PS Engineer IV

Job Description:

• Translate customer IT services requirements into customer solutions and contracts
• Create solution designs for development resources to build and deploy
• Automate processes using DevOps practices
• Continuously deliver high-quality systems and improve processes based on feedback
• Apply Agile methodologies
• Manage technical resources building and deploying customer financial industry solutions
• Qualify and develop mutually acceptable solutions for clients and NCR
• Assist sales with revenue growth and protect WCS operational integrity
• Provide thought leadership on market-based pricing strategies
• Maintain accountability for operational and legal terms in services agreements and SOWs
• Engage and manage subject matter expert teams for solution costing and development
• Conduct due diligence with clients and NCR delivery organizations
• Provide technical and service presales support
• Prepare and deliver services presentations to customers
• Act as technical lead in client deployment engagements
• Ensure programs meet time, cost, technical, and customer objectives
• Develop and manage program change control procedures

Requirements:

• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 installation and administration
• Windows services, event logs, and troubleshooting
• IIS and application server troubleshooting
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Installation and configuration of Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator
• Trellix Application Control (Solidcore)
• Trellix Drive Encryption/HDE
• Endpoint Security (ENS)
