Key Responsibilities

• Own the review of monthly financials and month-end close activities across a diverse portfolio of operating entities and properties
• Support acquisitions, investment activity, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives from an accounting and financial perspective
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, year-end activities, and tax-related initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency through technology, automation, and AI

You don't have to be an expert in every area on day one, but you need the accounting foundation to nail down the financial reporting and the curiosity to ask why things are being done the way they are and identify if they can be done better.
