Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst / IT Purchasing & Contract Coordinator

Location: 100% Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Analyst / IT Purchasing & Contract Coordinator to support technology purchasing, contract administration, vendor management, and software license compliance activities. This role is responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle for IT equipment, software, services, and technology-related projects while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT procurement, contract negotiation, vendor management, software licensing, asset management, and purchasing operations. Responsibilities include developing project scopes and specifications, preparing and reviewing RFBs, RFPs, and RFIs, evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring contract expenditures, ensuring software license compliance, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking deliveries, and maintaining procurement documentation.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical SMEs, vendors, and purchasing teams to coordinate technology acquisitions and support strategic procurement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration, and vendor management.
  • Experience procuring equipment, software, and services through a formalized purchasing program.
  • Strong knowledge of contract review, negotiation, and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT procurement and contract administration experience.
  • Software license compliance and asset management experience.
  • Financial ERP system experience.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, financial accounting, business law, or technology-related disciplines.
  • CTPE, CPCM, or similar procurement/contract management certifications preferred.
