Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking experienced Computed Tomography Technologists to provide diagnostic imaging services to Veterans through a long-term Veterans Affairs (VA) contract within the VA Portland Health Care System.

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting routine, urgent, preoperative, angiographic, and interventional CT services. The technologist will perform advanced CT examinations, administer contrast media within authorized practice, optimize image quality and radiation dose, document studies accurately, and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary VA healthcare teams.

Position Details

• Work Setting: On-site VA diagnostic imaging services

  • Pay: $51-52 hourly (1099)

• Biweekly Minimum: 80 hours every two weeks, excluding holidays
• Schedule: 8-, 9-, or 10-hour shifts established by the VA supervisor
• Weekend and Holiday Coverage: Rotating coverage may be required
• Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required based on patient-care needs
