Job Description
- Bachelors or Any Degree with Experience in Information Technology or the relevant Field.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications supporting healthcare payer business processes.
- You should Work extensively with TriZetto Facets and understand Facets data, workflows, and business processes.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and Facets.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce, Facets, and external healthcare systems.
- Support healthcare processes including Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, and Billing.
- Develop Salesforce workflows, triggers, batch classes, asynchronous processes, and integration services.
- Analyze Facets data and map it to Salesforce objects and business requirements.
- Background working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
- Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices on GCP has context menu
