Requirements:
- Working knowledge of agent development, generative AI, process automation, data integration, Microsoft cloud services, and enterprise governance.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including custom agents, agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot, environments, publishing, sharing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with generative orchestration, agent instructions, topics, triggers, entities, variables, nodes, fallback behavior, and reusable conversation patterns.
- Knowledge of generative AI concepts such as grounding, retrieval, prompt design, context management, model limitations, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, publish, and support custom agents and agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot using Copilot Studio.
- Configure agent instructions, generative orchestration, topics, entities, variables, conversation paths, system topics, and fallback behavior.
- Create grounded agent experiences using approved knowledge sources, including SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, files, and enterprise data.
- Extend agents with tools, prompts, agent flows, Power Automate cloud flows, Power Platform connectors, and custom connectors.
- Integrate agents with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate Model Context Protocol servers and connected agents for modular, governed access to tools, resources, and specialized capabilities.
- Design agent architectures for conversational, event-driven, autonomous, and multi-agent business scenarios.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into agent use cases, technical and conversation designs, tool contracts, and product backlogs.
- Write clear agent, topic, tool, and knowledge descriptions to help generative orchestration select appropriate resources and sequences.
- Apply application lifecycle management practices using solutions, environments, source control, pipelines, environment variables, connection references, and managed deployments.
- Protect enterprise data with authentication, authorization, data loss prevention policies, environment controls, connector governance, and secure integration patterns.
- Apply responsible AI practices, including grounding, transparency, human oversight, content safety, privacy, and risk-based controls.
- Create test plans, test sets, evaluations, and acceptance criteria for answer quality, tool selection, task completion, safety, performance, and reliability.
- Use the test panel, activity trace, conversation history, analytics, and monitoring data to troubleshoot defects and improve agent performance.
- Publish agents to approved channels such as Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, and web experiences.
- Prepare architecture records, prompt and instruction documentation, deployment records, support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Partner with platform administrators, architects, security teams, data owners, business analysts, makers, developers, and support teams.
