Required Skills:
- Seven or more years of progressive professional coding, coding compliance, auditing, provider education, or revenue integrity experience
- Three or more years of leadership experience managing staff performance, workload, quality, and operational outcomes
- Hands-on experience with athenaOne platform
- Proven expertise in managing CMS, payer, provider, or enterprise coding audits and implementing corrective actions
- Experience implementing coding, audit, workflow, analytics, or automation technology
- Strong knowledge of nephrology, dialysis, and ESRD professional coding (strongly preferred)
- Leadership of onshore and offshore teams or external vendors (strongly preferred)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Direct nephrology, dialysis, and ESRD coding experience
- Experience managing external coding or audit vendors
- Familiarity with implementing healthcare technology solutions and analytics tools
- Background in revenue cycle management and clinical compliance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
- Extensive experience in professional coding and audit environments
- Demonstrated leadership in healthcare coding, compliance, or revenue cycle management
