Purchasing Manager

Responsible for purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory, logistics, and imports. Works closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and suppliers to ensure product availability and efficient operations.

Forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels.

Source products from domestic and international suppliers.

Manage supplier relationships and monitor market conditions.

Coordinate imports, shipping, customs, and documentation.

Maintain compliance and supplier certifications.

Communicate inventory, shipment, and market updates to internal teams.

5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in the food industry required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

International purchasing/import experience preferred.

Strong Excel, ERP, forecasting, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
