Customer Service Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
