Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Richmond, VA

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead PLM/ERP data alignment, CAD standardization, EBOM reconciliation, and product configuration initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8 10 years of Mechanical Engineering / Program Management experience
• Strong electro-mechanical background
• SAP & ENOVIA PLM/ERP experience
• SolidWorks and CAD data cleanup
• EBOM reconciliation and BOM management
• Parametric modeling and engineering drawing quality
• ETO/CTO product configuration and modular architecture
• Cross-functional/global team coordination
• Manufacturing-focused engineering and delivery governance

Ideal Background: Mechanical/electro-mechanical engineers with experience in PLM, ERP, CAD, EBOM, product configuration, and manufacturing engineering.
