Job Description

• Design, develop, and support industrial control systems for aerospace manufacturing.

• Program and troubleshoot Ignition and Kepware systems connecting PLCs to SCADA platforms.

• Develop and support Siemens and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC systems.

• Integrate CNCs, CMMs, test equipment, MES, ERP, and IT/OT systems.

• Troubleshoot controls issues and improve system reliability and production uptime.

• Work with OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP protocols.

• Maintain system architecture, data mapping, cybersecurity, and quality documentation.

• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.

• Support smart factory and industrial digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of industrial controls programming experience.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, TIA Portal, and WinCC.

• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Studio 5000, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix.

• Experience with Ignition and Kepware/KEPServerEX.

• PLC programming knowledge including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block.

• Experience with industrial communication protocols and MES/ERP integration.
