This team supports the Wholesale/National Lockbox and Bonds business lines, delivering training programs that help employees learn operational processes, payment-processing workflows, and business-specific procedures. The Trainer is responsible for facilitating both onsite and virtual training, maintaining and updating training materials, coordinating training activities with business leaders, and supporting learner readiness across multiple locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new employees, observing and evaluating training needs, developing or enhancing training content, partnering with operational leaders to identify skill gaps, and supporting cross-functional training initiatives. Over time, the individual will independently lead training sessions, contribute to training improvements, and help ensure consistent delivery of learning programs across the supported business lines.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically one to two years of related experience, preferably in regulatory compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge of government and regulatory laws and regulations - Basic knowledge of U.S. Bancorp operations, policies and procedures - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
