Job Description
- Lead and manage the electrical design team.
- Oversee electrical schematics, general arrangements, and BOMs for LVSG, DataBar, RPPs, and PDUs.
- Ensure designs comply with UL standards and applicable regulations.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Review schematics, GA drawings, and BOMs for engineering accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, mechanical, and supply chain teams.
- Provide technical support and resolve internal/external technical queries.
- Drive engineering continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate engineering and design documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Engineering degree.
- 5+ years of Electrical Design/Electrical Engineering experience.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- AutoCAD Electrical or similar experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.
- Knowledge of LV distribution systems, PLCs, interlocking, AC/DC power supplies, and earthing systems.
Preferred
- EPLAN experience.
- Autodesk Vault or other PLM tools.
- ERP systems experience.
- UL standards and electrical product compliance experience.
