Job Description

• Design, code, test, and support embedded software systems.
• Develop software based on low-level software requirements.
• Build, test, and deliver real-time embedded software to target environments.
• Support system-level testing and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in software design and code reviews.
• Document problems and support resolution activities.
• Apply object-oriented design principles to new software systems.
• Provide technical leadership and work with internal teams and customers.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of DO-178B/DO-178C.
• Working knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
• STEM degree.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future company sponsorship.
• Experience with real-time embedded software development.
• Knowledge of air/ground messaging and data-link protocols, including:
  • ARINC 429
  • ARINC 618
  • VDL Mode 2
  • TCP/IP
  • ATN OSI
• Knowledge of aircrew human-machine interface design.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
