Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care
Location: Hermiston, OR
Agency: Malone Healthcare
Pay: $2,595 per week
Start Date: ASAP
About the Position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to adult ICU patients, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment
- Initiate and maintain the computerized Plan of Care upon patient admission
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold patient confidentiality and deliver age-specific, culturally sensitive, and psychosocially appropriate care
- Agency staff may be floated to other departments where qualified before core staff is floated
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Oregon
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Demonstrated continuing education appropriate to skill level and area of practice
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) credential
- Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- CRASE training (may be required if assignment extends beyond six months)
