Claims Entry Specialist
Volt is immediately hiring for Claims Entry Specialist in Fountain Valley, CA. As a Claims Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing dealer incentive claims, reviewing and classifying documents uploaded by dealers, investigating claim cases with issue and reaching out to the dealers when necessary, responding to claims-related inquiries via VINSHELP email inbox, and supporting Incentives personnel on ad-hoc requests related to incentive claims. This is a full-time 12-months contract opportunity. Basic computer experience such as MS Office is required. Preferred Qualifications include one year of automotive or relevant experience, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with Adobe. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour.
