Facilities and Maintenance Manager

We are partnering with a specialized manufacturing company seeking a weekend Facilities and Maintenance Manager to o versee management of all areas of facilities ensuring the shop floor operates with maximum uptime and supports production schedule, quality standards, and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support production equipment, facility systems, and related infrastructure. Coordinate, assign, and track maintenance requests and work activities. Perform and document preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Maintain required maintenance, equipment, and facility records. Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of facility and production systems. Safely handle chemicals and other regulated or hazardous materials as required. Perform routine troubleshooting, minor repairs, and general maintenance. Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Coordinate, schedule, and oversee external contractors and service providers. Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and technical teams on equipment installation, qualification, testing, maintenance, and modifications in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory procedures. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following: Experience leading or coordinating maintenance, facilities, engineering, or technical activities. Previous experience in a facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or process-related environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus. Proficiency with common business software and computer systems used to support maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education, certifications, training, and relevant experience may be considered. At least three years of relevant experience in a comparable technical, facilities, engineering, or manufacturing role. Experience working in a controlled manufacturing or clean production environment is preferred. Work Environment Work may take place in both office and manufacturing/production areas. Production areas may involve elevated noise levels; appropriate hearing protection will be required when necessary. Appropriate eye protection is required in designated production and work areas. Suitable protective footwear is required in designated areas. Protective gloves and other personal protective equipment may be required depending on the task. Additional protective equipment will be provided when required for specific work activities. Ability to safely perform the physical activities associated with facility and equipment maintenance. Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE
