Key Details
- Experience: No warehouse or forklift experience required—full in-house training is provided.
- Job Setup: Production facility environment where trucks are loaded manually (not from a loading dock). Forklifts are used strictly to move products within the facility.
- Physical Demands: This is a highly physically demanding role in a desert climate (though seasonal temperatures are cooling down significantly for fall and winter). Please only submit candidates who actively want a physically intensive position.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends are generally off, though an occasional Saturday is rare).
- Overtime: Candidates should expect high overtime volume, currently running up to – hours per week maximum.
- Conversion: Eligible for full-time conversion after days, based on performance.

The hiring manager will conduct an onsite walkthrough of the facility and job duties prior to placement. Please ensure all submitted candidates are fully aligned with the physical demands and schedule.
As a Loader, you will unload empty cylinders from delivery trucks and move them to fill racks and/or cylinder storage areas, and load trucks for delivery. In particular, you will:
- Load delivery trucks nightly.
- Unload empty cylinders from the delivery truck and prepare for reloading.
- Ensure cylinders are adequately maintained, cylinders requiring maintenance or repair are removed from service until corrected.
- Assist with inventory and general housekeeping.

- Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motion also required.
- Ability to perform very heavy work – routinely lifts - lbs., and occasionally lifts to greater than lbs.
- Ability to perform work during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and finger activities.
- Ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
