Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs from kickoff through go-live and adoption
- Manage programs involving large-scale LiDAR, GIS, and asset-data ingestion, model builds, integrations, and value-driven use cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program teams and executive sponsors
- Run program governance, including steering committees, executive updates, status reporting, and decision logs
- Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Coordinate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Guide stakeholders through key decisions with clear options and trade-offs
- Lead customer change management through stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption plans
- Improve program management standards, templates, and reporting across the US team
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across delivery, including status reporting, data validation, and project setup
Requirements:
- 5+ years in technical program or project management
- Experience delivering complex enterprise software, data, or infrastructure programs
- Significant customer-facing experience
- Experience leading senior stakeholders and building lasting trust
- Record of delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time and to a high standard
- Experience helping customers and teams adopt new tools, processes, or ways of working
- Technical understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and cloud platforms
- Python or SQL skills highly regarded
- Experience with data, tooling, and project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, and Asana
- Practical use of AI tools to improve work
- Experience in utilities, energy, GIS, or LiDAR is a plus but not essential
