Position Overview

SuperbTech is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join an established organization's IT Department. This position will work with departments across the organization to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that improve processes, reporting, and access to information.

The Software Developer will design, develop, integrate, and support business applications, data solutions, reporting, and process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Azure, and enterprise data warehouse technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and support business applications and internal software solutions.
• Develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, forms, workflows, lists, and integrations.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Support enterprise data warehouse, ETL/ELT, and data integration initiatives.
• Develop and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot applications, workflows, integrations, reports, and data-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development, security, testing, and change-management standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software or application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with enterprise data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and process automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development and data management solutions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Azure, and enterprise data warehousing.

This individual is technically proficient, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with business departments to develop practical technology solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently develop applications, automate workflows, manage data integrations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
